The homepage explains the common questions. Country editions then connect them to local systems and sources. Thailand is the first live country edition, with more countries and languages planned.

- Use plain English and define unfamiliar terms.
- Separate general orientation from professional advice.
- Show when content was reviewed and flag rules that can change.
- Prefer official and primary sources for legal and procedural claims.
- Make commercial relationships visible rather than blending them into editorial content.
