1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small data files placed on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and identifiers that can recognise a browser, record a preference or report an interaction.
2. Essential technologies
Essential technologies may be used to deliver pages, balance traffic, protect the site, prevent misuse and remember privacy choices. These are limited to functions necessary to operate the service.
3. Measurement
If analytics is enabled, measurement technologies may help us understand which pages are useful, how visitors arrive and where technical problems occur. Where required by law, non-essential measurement will be activated only after consent.
4. Advertising and Google
When Google AdSense advertising is displayed, Google and advertising partners may place or read cookies or use similar technologies to serve, frequency-cap, personalise and measure ads. Depending on consent, location and settings, advertising may be personalised or non-personalised. 5. Consent management
Where consent is required before Google ads are served, a Google-certified consent management platform must let visitors accept, reject or manage relevant advertising purposes. A custom visual banner alone is not a substitute for a compliant consent platform.
6. Managing cookies
You can use the site’s consent controls when displayed and can also block or delete cookies in browser settings. Blocking essential storage can affect site operation. Changes made in one browser or device may not carry to another.
