Spain now has a fully online Vodafone DataOnly tourist eSIM as well as domestic prepaid eSIMs with Spanish numbers. The right choice depends mainly on whether voice and local verification matter.
Vodafone DataOnly is designed for immediate tourist data. A voice-enabled Vodafone or Orange prepaid eSIM is more useful when you need a Spanish number and ordinary local calls.
