Do not choose PEXX for an immediate QR payment in Vietnam or the Philippines while its pause notice remains in force.

VietQR and QR Ph are described in its general FAQ, but a newer service notice marks both QR routes temporarily unavailable.

The intended flow is to pay supported merchant QRs from a stablecoin balance; availability is currently the deciding issue.

Recheck pricing if service resumes. A paused route has no useful current checkout price.

An older how-to article still describes QR payments. The newer operational notice should control until the provider confirms restoration.

Confirm an explicit restoration notice and a successful in-app quote before loading funds for QR spending.
